A MESSAGE FROM US

2020 gave us a lot to think about. Our industry has always demanded perfection. The truth is, this idea of perfection is a myth. We are a group of people, trying our best, showing up every day to try and create a positive experience for each person that walks through our door. With this in mind, we want to share our feelings on mistakes. We are humans and because of this we will make mistakes. Our goal is always to bring down the percentage of orders that have a mistake take place. We have good days and we have bad days, just like you. We will always try to own our mistakes and work to make them right if you let us.

Our industry is changing - 2020 was a disruption and humans aren’t willing to put up with being dehumanized anymore. Yes, you choose to spend your time and money with us and we take making that WORTH it seriously, it’s our mission and our name sake. It does not mean that in that process, we should be threatened or degraded.

So, if you want to eat with us and have a a good meal and experience, we will put every effort forward to try and do this. If we miss the mark, we will take actions to make it right, but we need to be given the opportunity to do so, and we need to have communication on what would make it right for you.

If you have an experience with us that does not meet your expectations, you can let us know directly via info@worthtakeaway.com and we will take steps to make that right. If it is outside of our circle of control we will let you know. If it is something that we don’t offer at our restaurant, we will let you know and encourage you to look elsewhere to get those expectations met. If you decide that we are not for you, that’s fine too, we wish you well.

Our mission is to treat people kindly, with respect, create a positive experience for everyone that walks through our doors or orders through us (including our team), and to build community. This is in our handbook and it’s practiced within our walls and online. We invite you to be a part of that culture with us. If you’re not ready for that, we hope that some day your journey brings you there.

With so much love and respect,

Kelsey and Jim Bob
